I've wanted to have a close-up loog this church since I saw it being built in the 90's. It stands on a hill away from everything else on a large piece of property and this finally gave me a reason to go. Sky was just perfect that morning and the combination of landscape and lighting gave me many shots to choose from.

Originally a color shot I was never quite happy with the tones - they looked a bit artificial and uneven, as can happen with HDR, so I took a look in B&W and it just worked so much better without color variations to distract.
