 Quick shot, just because I haven't entered anything in a while. Was going to go hike up above it to get the church with SF in the background, but there was some event going on and the lot was full so I just grabbed a few shots from down below instead, then did what I could in post to make it more interesting.

This is the one I wanted to enter because I like it better, but I know it would get panned here:

The halo was deliberate given the subject matter, but I guess not the best choice with the voters. Not disappointed with the score, just disappointed I didn't enter the one I liked best ... it would have scored worse I am sure, but at least it was something I could stand behind. This entry, not so much.

Has a sort of voyeuristic feel from looking at them out of the bushes... Not crazy about the hazy outline on the top of the church.

Lovely crisp capture. My eye is a little distracted by what seems to be an 'odd' glow around the church - processing?

I would have scored this much higher if not for the halo's around the church and trees. You have a wonderful subject.
