I like the scene but felt it was a bit heavy on the tone mapping(HDR) treatment. I also think moving up a step or two up to remove the middle post from the image would have been good. It's a 2x4 fastened to the old pier post so it is out of place relative to the rest of the pier.

HDR done well. Maybe just a tad much saturation for my taste, but overall a really great image.

Beautiful place...........I like how the post lead the eye into the photograph. To bad the sky does not match the rest of the photograph.

A charming little place! Wouldn't want to walk too close to the edge, though! Colors may be a bit on the enhanced side, but I think it adds a certain postcard-type charm.
