So ethnocentric some of the comments.
That being said, this brings back memories of when my dad took us to our city's Chinatown.

Eeeuuuw. Eeeuuuw. Eeeuuuw. However, your B&W interpretation introduces undeniable tonal range married to effective composition and sharp focus. Gruesome, but a darn good photo technically. Good luck

some people are probably dinging you on this because they think its cruel, but understandably this is the way it is done in some cultures, I like it even though I may have preferred to see rabbits being hung :)
