Photographer's Notes
Actually an out take for Night Shot II. Seattle skyline shot at sunset from Seacrest (accross Puget Sound near Alki Beach). This was a 2.5 second exposure. The blurred lines at the water line just right of center are a ferry departing Seattle for Bainbridge Island.

It might be cliché, but the light falling on the buildings is beautiful. Just too bad there no clouds in the sky to add drama. Good job. (7)

Well shot. I would personally rather see more of the water than the sky. But I'm a water lover so go figure. Nice capture. 7.

Damn. This is good, but it was *so* close to being great. I love the blurred cruise ship. That really provides a focal point and a sense of dynamism to this shot, but it's so lost right now. Crop it just above the buildings, and you'll see what I mean.

Yes, the waterfront is done a lot, but rarely this well. The timing was great because the sky had not yet gone fully dark. The window light is crisp and not blown out. The only thing that might be considered a slight negative, is the blur from what I am assuming is a large ship in the harbor (very minor). Excellent execution!
