 Notice that there is no mention here of artwork ownership, capture dates, or the plausibility of the depicted artwork being real obects in the scene. That last one in particular would be tough to judge since there are often legitimate ways to achieve an image that looks improbable with multiple exposures, mirrors, camera angles, foreshortening, etc., which makes it hard to say something "is obviously artwork since it couldn't possibly be real..."
