Dodged his eyes and precious little teeth on an overlay layer with 50% opacity

Brightness(20)/Contrast(20) on just masked face
Another Brightness(0)/Contrast(30) to the whole image
This one made the eyes too dark again, so I created another "dodge" overlay layer @55%
Yet another overlay layer, but this time only at 5%. Used to "dodge" and "burn" the features of his face.
