I like the way this image shows the parts, very clever. It may not do so well in the challenge, (I hope it does), but it shows a different interpretation.

I think this could be a little more effective from a different angle. The subject just doesn't occupy enough of the frame and the eye has nothing to follow on the subject so it feels like the balance is upset to me.

The shadow helps your composition nicely.Tthe unfortunate aspect of having lines in your photograph is that it highlights the angles which is why I would of cropped this a little more to the right. Alternatively you can also exaggerate your angle or perspective by cropping your shot more over to the left.

Shadow is real nice...but i think it would work pretty good in B&W cuz there is diferent tones of gray already.
