 So, what did I learn?
Be prepared that the image to be taken will be so different from real life. The actual setup and action for the shots did not keep the enthusiasm up, and the children got bored after two tries. Then I had to come up with other things to do with the "confetti".

The small screen on the back of my 6D, was not enough to give immediate feedback of what just got captured. I need to learn tethering, or something.

Another thing I learned: avoid 8-bit jpg!
