Part of a shoot with a good friend this Summer. Beautiful dried up lake near Snoqualmie in the Cascades just outside of Seattle WA. Laura was getting a little cold and huddled into the perfect position amongst the upturned tree trunk. The wind caught her hair perfectly and I think it shows a very natural and feminine vulnerability.

Fun concept. On my screen it looks like the girl and the area around her have been lightened and/or had the contrast dropped. Or maybe that's supposed to be smoke?
