I'm not sure why you chose this particular angle. I realize the cake is in focus but it's not really the only subject and it's really hard to tell what it is.

If you could have cropped the background out a little more I think it would have been better. Bet the little girl loved it - looks pretty yummy!

Nice, just one small thing ... watch the backgrounds, this is just on the edge of being distracting with the yellow banana. Simply moving them would help this image a lot
