 Ingredients(as a starter for 4)
2 handfuls of watercress
10-12 small gherkins
8-10 yellow or red large radishes - thinly sliced
16 crispy fried bacon rashers (or use sliced,smoked duck breast)
ready-made Caesar dressing (Newman's Own or Cardini's)
some virgin olive oil - to drizzle a little on top when all's done

The salad looks best served on individual, long thin plates.
The recipe works well as a starter, or double it up as a main course, with a slice of crispy French Baguette and a glass (or two) of Sauvignon Blanc.

Mom Man (stupid auto correct), everything is better with bacon. Could be a bit brighter for me.
