Great Blue Heron who was kind enough to pose for me for quite awhile near sunset. I used one image from this series in a FS, but now I find there are others I like better. Tastes change. Just love the long shadow here :-) And the utter tranquility of the moment.
PP - cropped, cloned out a bit of weed and many dust spots, Nik Color Efex (tonal contrast, Fuji Velvia modern film, photo stylizer 1 to bring out the pinks), dupe layer/Gaussian blur/erased heron and flattened, resized, Nik Sharpen, cloned out a bit of haloing.

since we'll have a challenge about titles, I must say that I object to this picture's elevated one.
It's crystal clear that we deal with a poor scrawny bird totally baffled by the lack of small fry considering its filiform neck!
