 Shot was inspired by a similar one from DPC. That one made good use of the color red, i wanted to do a play on black and white, and my method for smoke is simpler (dry ice + heavy wind blowing.

The Pot is white - Three light setup to get the details i wanted across.

Hey h2,

The shot i had in mind didn't look exactly the same, but i thought it used the light and depth of field in an eye catching manner. This one

I thought I recognized it by your description, but then I saw I had toned my red kettle to sepia
