 He was hanging out beside a shutter on the front of the house, and didn't seem to mind too much when I held him. That was the easy part.

The shooting was a challenge. Handheld macro lense with daylight fading. Not a lot of aperature or speed. All the same, I love the way it came out.

Post-processing in PS: auto-levels, sized, and USM.

Great portrait. You can almost FEEL those little foot pads clinging... :-) And another great frog image goes into the record books. Congratulations and good luck with the challenge.

the shallow blurred background is fabulous... but upclose he could use just a hint more DoF so everything is in focus... great lighting and color. (7)
