I actually thought the same as Tecno...I just didn't want to write it in case I was the only one seeing it...

Good idea, but I think it would have worked better if you had showed the whole big hand, and the small would have look tiny compared to it.

I actually had to call several people into the room to see this photo. At first glance, even second, we all though it was somebody masturbating. My girlfriend's first response as I brought the image up (all I told her was to take a look at this photo) was, "ewwwwww, why would somebody post that".

The hand obscures most of the finger and with the hair at the base it really does give the impression of penis. The towel also gives the impression it is there as a clean up tool. Until I pointed out the small bit of fingernail at the top they wouldn't believe me that it was a child holding an adults hand. One person upon taking a second look after the initial shock said, "wait, is that a child jacking him off?!?!"

I hope you don't take this the wrong way. I'm only sharing because our initial reactions were so off the mark as to be hilarious. They aren't meant to offend.
