 Never heard about "Cinco de Mayo" before, it's Liberation Day here on the 5th of May. Good combination and it was nice to dive into Mexican food recipes! My nachos with shrimps today were also very nice :)

Btw. No rompope available in our local shops, so I used the dutch counterpart (advocaat).

This is a fabulous photograph. BUT... if you gave me three hundred words to describe it in, "Mexican" would not be one of them.
