Camera: Canon EOS-10D
Location: My house
Date: Sep 20, 2004
Aperture: f5.6
ISO: 800
Shutter: 1/180

I did raw adjustments and cropped.

This is my cat named Precious and the reason for the title. When I put her on the pedestal to shoot this she started cleaning herself just like she was getting ready to have her picture made. :)

Nicely composed and technically sound...the collar tag is a little distracting...good example of soft and fluffy

A technical sound studio photograph But I just cannot see or feel the touch in your photograph. But as you know this challenge is difficult to vote on because some believe physical touch and others believe emotional touch. I am one that is going to leave it to the photographer’s interpretation and vote accordingly. With that being said, I think you have taken a great photo and captured it at the right moment. Good luck in this challenge.

I'm not sure where the "sense of touch" is on this shot

the cat portrait would be better if he were looking at or past the camera rather than above it... and overall it doesn;t covey the sense of touch.. at least not for me
