We have 27" of fresh snow with another 10" expected through tomorrow. He's had to compete with juncos and finches and pine siskins for bird seed. But, he's holding his own. By next weekend, the snow will melt and all will be well. (And, I'll be able to photograph birds in the wilderness again.)

That red cap does make them look similar to the Chipping variety.
