 Cropped this out of a portion of an idea was I was originally working on for 'Stopped Action'. When I caught the second hand moving, I knew it was not going to work for me in that Challenge. I decided to play on the 'hands' of time that touch everything. I realize everyone takes these challenges so literally, but I dare to be different and I'm happier thinking outside of the box and I'm proud of what I produce when inspired by these ideas.

Hey I bet you already got a bunch of "doesnt fit the challenge" comments. Well I'm ok with fitting the challenge but if you were going for the long exposure, multiple seconds hands shot then you needed a much longer exposure and I think I would have had the seconds hand not starting on top of the hour hand - so it was more visible. A good idea that just needed more care in the setup. 6 - floyd.

Nice closeup, but I tend to more literal interpretations of the challenges. Without the title, I would have struggled to make the tie with "touch". Regardless, I like the composition and tone - although the overall image appears just a very bit soft to me.

A nice idea, original, that's for sure but the shot leaves me wanting. The lack of focus, the grain and the coloration just don't quite work for me on this shot. A 2

a bit contrived to get to 'touch'. I follow the logic but its just a bit too 'abstract' for me
