Not really sure what I'm doing entering this one...it's just no where near where I feel comfortable. I mean really, gluing sprinkles to old glasses, donning a pink button down, and giving a "look"? Who is this guy? :)
I really did have no intention on trying for this challenge. Then I got the idea to glue some sprinkles on my glasses, and I thought about how fun it would be to light the scene and pose in different ways. The lighting here is two flashes. One is camera left, near the ceiling, and shot through an umbrella. The second flash is sitting on the ground behind me, pointed up to whiten out the background which is blinds by the patio door.
With autofocus turned on and a cable release to focus/shutter, I just need to get the angle/look. I tried many, some were fun, but this one stood out with the contrast, look, color, etc. |
