That's really cool! I almost see a skull where the hand and the head meet.

At first I thought this was just a scratched texture overlay and then I looked more closely and can almost make out a cat or some creature and then I noticed the man is truly tormented as he rocks around in his space. Dark, moody and nicely done.

It is a bit dark and takes time to notice the person. Not sure about the role of the hairs.

i feel i shouldnt be looking at him .. like i'm spying almost .. it looks like a very private thing .. funny but his hand looks like a skull .. its a very dramatic and emotive image .. great processing .. :)
