Great facial expression. I for one, really like the slight blurriness in the feet, even though the challenge description wanted it fully sharp. This is better and still definitely shows the action.

I do feel that the photographer has captured the players tong very well
Although the focus seems to be more on his chest.
this has been taken by an expert photographer and I wish to see more of this work

this shot has everything, everything except a high enough shutter speed, which is absolutely essential in sports action photography. great composition and focus.

Really nice composition - and a great moment of action. You can really see the strain and stress in every muscle of the player's body. I used to love watching high school basketball, especially when my son was playing varsity. The hardest thing for me to do was stop the right moment of action and have a good balance of movement and focus to portray it. Congratulations and good luck in the challenge.

Good crop. I really like the way the head and shoulders are in focus, but the legs and arms are blurred, obviously because they are in motion. Hope he doesn't fall though, he might bite that tongue off! Way above average shot.

Nice exprerssion on the guy's face and here is a case where the blurred legs creates a better sense of motion. Too bad his oponent is cut off in such an awkward manner.
