What a sweetie. Love those perky ears. Fun to see all her stuff in the background. |

"Have I been a good dog? Do I get that treat you promised me?" Misse looks like she will have energy to spare! What a beautiful puppy! |

I like the way here body looks relaxed but here expression states she̢۪s ready to spring to action. |

As a great dane owner...I'm thinking great dane mixed with one of the sight hounds, possibly whippet, I suppose (although I'm having a hard time imagining how that would be physically possible). Probably a breed with ears that stand up, because natural great dane ears are big and floppy, almost like a labrador retriever. But those feet and the coloring are all great dane. |

I have to agree with kasaba I think there is great dane in there somewhere. More light in the eyes would really make her pretty face stand out. I am looking forward to seeing more photos of Misse, |

Misse's a beauty, Marion. Glad you captured this elegant portrait.
The toys in the background are part of her habitat, I guess.
but my nit pic is that the image might have been even better without them. |

Yes, looks like a greyhound to me. Misse is a beautiful dog (it's amazing what you can find at the pound), & this is a lovely portrait. I like the bed & toy in the BG. Hopefully you can get a shot of her running, all 4 feet off the ground. It's amazing. |

How nice of your nephew to get a dog from the pound. She looks VERY large ... Greyhound-Dane mix? Love the way those long legs are placed, looks so elegant. |

She's adorable. I love how you captured a moment of excitement. Almost like she was laying there and someone called out "treat" which brought her straight to attention. |

What a happy looking pup. Nice capture, especially how you picked a low angle to get the shot. The toy in the background reminds us she is a little one.... |

I love dogs and this girl is a beauty - great job getting her fur so crisp .. I also agree with sulamk about lightening the dog's eye - a bit of dodging would make her beautiful face jump right out .. I can see that there is already a catch light in her left eye so dodging it would be easy to do. For 6 months she is definitely going to be a bog dog with long legs .. just a darling - thanks for the beautiful photo - I could look at dogs all day.
