When i first saw this challenge this was the second thought that sprung to mind, the first being rather a bit silly.
I remembered back to my adolescence when I met an inspirational speaker who had been born without arms as a result of Thalidomide use by his mother while pregnant with him. Every day he uses his feet in place of hands and I wanted to showcase this is an everyday aspect of life for some very unfortunate people.
