Interesting to see such a wide gap between scores by commenters (6.8, would have you at third place) and overall average (4.1, landing you at last place) -- one of the largest gaps I've noticed. The blur and noise contribute well to the artistic effect, an idea perhaps foreign to the 32 voters giving "1" or "2" scores.

This is nicely brooding and unsettling. For me, the bright light in the bottom left is a bit of a distraction. The high noise, lack of detail and your choice of composition all effective.
