j/k of course

A sunrise (sky), a sunset (water) and 5 images of a scale 1:2600 Zeppelin.

As kshoban recognized, a humourous entry; as we all know, the mayan culture demised - despite their high technology.

I thought this was a brilliant shot, my grandmother used to make barrage balloons in WWII, so I instantly thought of her when I saw this shot.

Great job with this one Oliver! I was thinking this does not look like Germany to me. Then I saw your stated location. Looks like quite a place (end of the world aside of course) and hope you had a great visit there :)

Nicely done Oliver. Did they use the dreaded Hydrogen or get the safer Helium?

This image fits the bill perfectly in this challenge. It is put together well without the cut and paste look. The colors are stunning and truthfully I find this image to be a bit humorous (where are they all going, Outer space)? At the same time it is dramatic and puts a good story in ones mind. Good job!
