 This is one of the early photos from the camera I'd just bought. Not terribly exciting, but I remember that I was trying to figure out how to get the GPS to work. I never did after finding out that having it on uses battery power.

Kinda boring but the red cars add to the reds and yellows of the building.

I like the distribution of colours - especially the scattered red cars which echo the building..

January here is usually clear - and rather dry.
Apita is just a shopping mall, nice and compact.
I don't use the GPS. The main reason for getting this camera was for taking underwater shots in the Great Barrier Reefs.

The cars definitely skew more on the small side than what I see around here.

So, how do you like your camera now? Have you turned the GPS back on again?

Look at that bright blue sky! I think of Japan as misty/raining for some silly reason. I tried to google APiTA to find out what it is...still not sure. I like the bright colors.

Interesting that the building sign is in English characters; the writing on the road in Japanese.

Isn't it funny how excited we get about a new camera that we will shoot anything? :) Too bad the GPS thing did not work. That would have been fun.
