Well, I almost hate to comment on this, but here goes. First thought was yuck, look at all that (well, I won't say what I thought it was but it was worse than quicksand). The composition is good, except the fingers are a little too coated in gook and almost get lost in the stuff. Also, there doesn't seem to be any action taking place, and that was part of this challenge.
Very original, well focused and colorful. However, I just couldn't make myself give the same score to the still shots and the action shots. I felt the action shots demonstrated a higher skill level and therefore deserved a higher score.
Sorry, looks a wee bit like baby vomit. I know DPC'ers don't like it when I refer to an element in their photos as human excrements, but I can't help it!
