In her endurance performance 'The Re-living Room (2012)', artist Anastasia Klose re-enacts a two-month period of unemployment, watching television, eating junk food and dancing to music video clips at the MCA gallery Sydney. She is in a reconstructed lounge room seen through a ragged hole in the wall by viewers in the next room (darkened) where an lcd screen plays music clips, along with a mirror ball. info

Weird. What a way to make a living. Pushing the boundaries of what people will pay to see and enjoy. Great subliminal window on the image of a quirky odd performer.

We were in the adjacent viewing room open to the public with the lcd screen and the mirror ball, she is behind a perspex window in her room. It's like walking past someone's bedroom and the door is open and you do feel really awkward, but she is a consummate extrovert! Everyone peeked at her !
