Slight PP: Auto levels, then brighten midrange, then auto color, followed by small tweaks in reds and blues. Crop and contrast ajustment, then save for web.

This is a nice idea and a very interesting building. But the photo looks a little flat to me. Perhaps punching up the saturation or contrast would help.
This building is very interesting. At first I did not see the backlighting, but I do now. The building is so massive it is hard to see anything else around it.
