We all begin from somewhere - we all take flight from a starting point.

Thus marks my 100th challenge here at DPC. The site and the wonderful people here have inspired, helped and challenged/pushed me to grow leaps and bounds in my photography beyond what I was capable of when I began back in 2005.

I wish I could list everyone who has helped in this journey but the list would be very long and lengthy indeed. Some DPCer's still visit here, some have journeyed beyond to do their own things, and some have left & come back - to each and every one of you: thank you.

Here's looking to the next 100 challenges:-)

Has a definite oddness to it, which makes it much more interesting.

How fortunate that the birds decided to join you at this moment. Makes for a great storytelling scene.

I wish the birds weren't there. It would emphasize the "loneliness" of the tree. 7
