One handed grab shot through the window, as an egret passed by my truck. I saw him, and just grabbed the camera with my free hand, pointed where I though he would be and click. Settings were all manual, so focus, EV and everything was totally wrong.
It was shot thru a truck window, so I guess that it might qualify for this SC. I thought it looked different from my regular bird shots.

Pretty good for a quick snap shot. Looks like a painting and that you intended it to look like this ;-)

Everything fits, amazing. I would like this one for a very long time, if I were you. Much more expression and feel than a sharp image. Thanks.

Do you ever get the feeling that everything you had to do exactly right & on time, you did. Exactly. Now you have this unique shot. Try as you may for a repeat, this is the only one like this you'll ever get. It's an interesting feeling. And I like the shot, too. There's more to photography than technical perfection.

My favourite filter, called Just Happens! Lovely how his blownoutness makes him own this picture.

Amazing capture! The bird is so fluid and the grass and foliage look like they have been drawn with a coloured pencil - it's unique.
