 Leaf taken from garden, light bulb screwy bit broken of bottom of old light bulb, stuck them together and fixed them to the top of a thin metal rod.

Put a low wattage energy save type light bulb behind the leaf and directed a mag-lite at the thread of the screwy bit.

Slight cropping and USM applied

The hose end is a neat touch - or is that a light bulb base? Good colors, nice backlighting and rim ligfhting. Exposure right on.

Lovely shot. The gold beading along the edge makes it. The simple leaf shape and the bronze holder are all perfect. A little dark along the tip, but perhaps that was unavoidable.

A+ for clever idea. Also a good job of making it happen. I'd like to be able to see the metal part just a bit more definedly but this is a nit... Well done.
