Um...maybe I'm missing something here - is it the lampshade that is unique or the weird backwards/forwards body or what exactly? I don't get it.

The title is superb, at first I wasn't sure about the picture and maybe i'm still not, that uncertainty though is a rare and wonderful thing, thanks. Voted earlier with to much doubt, coming back to bump.

This is definitely interesting processing. ;)
I love how the arms are folding backwards and melting into the skin. Not quite sure if the lampshade is representative of how inebriated you were while taking this image, or if it's just that it's being used in an unusual way, but it adds a bit of mystery and humor for sure :)
