Couldn't resist posing this little one in a bucket usually used for pens (the kind you write with) at the front counter of the animal shelter. He and his siblings were waiting for a wildlife rehab person to pick them up.

PP - straightened, cropped, tonemapped duckling (pregamma 0.697, mantiuk method, contrast mapping 0.1, saturation factor 1.029, detail factor 1) adjusted levels and merged at 20% transparency, white balance, increased contrast, shifted greens yellower, dodged duckling and burnt a little, vignette, touched up bright reflection on the beak, resized, sharpened, added border.

who can resist a duckling in a bucket? now if it was a baby chick and colonel sanders was on the side of the bucket ...well that'd just be funny.
