I'm guessing from the title that you intended to overexpose, but it's a touch too much, in my opinion - I don't like how the subject's face looks like it's missing.

For me, the blown highlights in the face kind of ruin the picture. If you could have at least kept an outline of his face, I think it would have worked better.

Maybe a little too heavy on the sunlit highlights. His face looks completely blown. It's great composition though.
