 This is homage to Baas's photo, posted in the "Neon" challenge, called Cold and wet . From the looks of it, the photo wasnt posted in the right challenge or just didnt match the challenge.

I saw this photo and thought I might be able to do something with it. I went more with the title and the fact that the subject is soaking wet, as opposed to the challenge it was in. I googled "cold and wet" for some inspiration and found a photographer who did a studio portrait set of soaking wet models fully clothed and thought id give it a try. Im happy with how it turned out. I hope everyone likes it!
