ok, am not a bird expert but this was taken whilst the parents seemed to be teaching their recently fledged young how to catch flies in flight.

I spent more time watching them than trying to take a picture - it was a great sight.

Out of the camera it didn't look all that good so had a play and ended up inverting it and running it through Silver efex Pro and the Holga style. I like the result however it may be an aquired taste.

It looks like a night shot where the bird reflected light. I like the heavy grain effect.

I have to smile because you wanted to see the fork. So I was delightfully surprised to see this one from you. There isn't anything like this in your portfolio, that I could find. Still smiling, that you ventured into a blurred abstract without LB. It's curious that however abstract the photo might be, there's always some bit of organic truth to the subject that remains. In this case, the feeling of flight in the air.

The smoke wheels on Flickr are awesome.
