Watching TDF as I edit my shots for this challenge, I was intrigued by the way the tv picture would occasionally pixillate badly. I turned my camera on & waited for the next one. Curious what it would look like in my camera & on my computer screen. I like it. Not your traditional blur. I corrected it for tone, color, contrast & also denoised it. Oh, & straightened out the edges. The TV is a Samsung 3D Smart TV.

I left the info bar on the bottom as a sort of attribution. I'm not actually at the Tour de France, though I wish I were.

I was wondering if the pixillation wasn't the result of the focus changing faster than the camera could. Then I started thinking, that the blur we're doing in this SC is old fashioned analog blur. What I'm seeing on my tv might be called digital blur. Is there such a thing as digital blur?

And isn't there an app for that?

My favourite of the days series, the blur on the first spectator is great.

The pixelation is due to the signal breaking up, either due to mountains, weather, or other blocks of some kind. And I still think it's pretty cool!
