Just found this with people who have cameras like mine. This is excellent. Gives me hope that I can achieve as great a photo. Interesting how the leaves have a matte finish. The green of the foliage and the cat's eyes are almost the same. Lovely!

I LOVE this picture. What a great depiction of the challenge. . . and the fact that I love cats makes me love the picture eve more. That cat looks almost 3 dimensional. Great job.

Awsome! Cat photos are usaully voted down on DPC, but that is a great capture, love the green eyes, green leaves. Great details, composition lighting. Only thing that annoys me is the imperfections in the leaves, but basic editing, nothing you could do. Excellent job.

hey!

You stole my cat!!!

I really like the pict, the green eyes/leaves work well together, the white are a little to blown out, maybe a tighter crop off of the top right would have worked better (dead/dark leaf) it distracts from the focus.

eventhough I'm not a great fan of cat shots, this is very very composed and meets the theme and the colors and texture are wonderful; I'd buy a print and gift it to one of my cat friends! Congratulations.

I normally dislike seeing cat/dog photos. But this one goes beyond the "here's my cat" photo. And the trees reflect nicely in the cat's eyes. Good work.

Nice picture. A bit over exposured in the cats face, but I guess the eyes would not have been the same if you made it darker.
