Such wonderful textures and light brought to life in the processing. My kind of scene, as you know ;-)

Yes, the grass processing is so delicate, by the hand of a master. Love it!

To the extent YOU have a style, it came through loud and clear in this image. And, it represents the style of AA very nicely. Congrats on your top 10 finish.

Beautiful! It's an unusual horizon location, but it works nicely with the water reflecting the sky. (voted earlier)

Beautifully simple and beautifully processed. The reflection of the clouds in the open area bringing the light down into the midfield and foreground is particularly nice, I think. 8 - voted earlier

One of my top picks. I really like the tones and the dof. I like this better than AA (for what it's worth). (voted earlier)

This has a lot of the loneliness of a Madame Bovary setting.
And I mention it since it made me think of Bear_Music

Of all the images I've viewed so far, this one represents the style of AA the best. The detail in the shadows is masterfully presented. The luminous glow off the pool is superb. Those distant tidal pools have a very eye-pleasing vanishing lines effect. The image offers the viewer a sense of peace and serenity, which I'll bet you experienced in the capture of this scene. One of my top 10 picks. 10

This shot has that classic lighting and texture in scenes from the cape that I have seen Bear_Music capture so well. That horizon is plumb and horizontal but it sure has the look of being tilted. Love the dark grey and blacks captured in the grasses. The form of the hillside in the background is almost mirrored by the line and shape of the cloud on the opposite side of the photo.

the processing of the clouds in the water is just too expertly done, (and the smoothness is the hallmark of a Canon EF 24-105mm f/4.0L IS? )

You aced the contrasts that Adams showcased so well. I feel as if I could reach out and touch that grass!
