This kept grabbing me and I couldn't figure out why. After I studied it for awhile, I suddenly realized that the subject matter behind the frame becomes almost secondary in nature, except for the perspective lines set up by the bricks, rails and sidewalks. With them tied into it, the subject matter is the overpowering shape and colors of the frame itself. The clarity (focus) and contrasting black above the arches with the red wood frames themselves combine to draw you into what is behind them - even though what is behind them is not all that interesting without them. Nicely done.

Beautiful! I love it! Each frame has a different image and quality to it and they all add up to one beautiful whole. Good luck in the challenge!

I see the rule of thirds is a major influence on this photograph, and it works here.

rule of thirds is used and the eye goes to the center

I would've maybe put some type of focal point in between the parallel lines. Right now, my eye goes all around the picture, and not to the "vanishing" sidewalk as I think that you were meaning it to be. Otherwise, great capture.

A very good frame and a matching title.

Nice balance!

Didn't I see this place in the vanishing point challenge. Very nice photo, I like the three seperate frames. Wish the handle or whatever it is could be removed from the left side (I know, basic editiing). It would bring the pic more in balance. Gave this an 8.

Had a feeling someone would do this... I rejected my own (wire fence).
