I have to start somewhere, so here goes anything...

Wish the background wasn't as washed out, the sky
was a nice blue.
I toyed with the hue, saturation, and contrast a bit to try and get back that color.

overall nice though the editing on the right could have had sharper edges.

It's a little overexposed and oversaturated. With out these two issues, this might be a very beautiful scene. With the issues, it's not very interesting...

Perhaps a bit more lighting on the frame....great subject.

I like the lighting and the color, but what is your subject? For me it's a tossup between the tree in the background and the illuminated log in the foreground.

Well done. My only thought in improving this is to reduce your shutter speed and that way to cut down on the brightness in the background. 8.

Definitely over-exposed. Try a higher shutter speed?
