A slight paraphrase from "Wolfhound Pup for Christmas" by William J. Dammarell. This is my Holly. Since I got my first Irish Wolfhound in 1997 I have never been without one ... or more. I am truly privileged to share my life with these amazing creatures and I can't begin to imagine life without them. I am definitely addicted.
PP - cropped, duotone, tonemapped in qtpfsgui (pregamma 0.697, mantiuk method, contrast mapping 0.1, saturation factor 1.029, detail factor 1), erased background and merged with original at 30% transparency, cloned out Holly's collar, darkened background in places, cloned out lighter hairs on her ears, dodged/burnt bits of Holly, resized, sharpened, added border.
