 I’m quite happy with how this shot turned out. I knew from previous visits that people usually like to fish from the end of a series of breakwaters. It is about 50km from home but worth the trip as I quite like this shot. While out and with about half an hour to spare I found some other subjects to shoot that would also suit the challenge and that may have been better received than this might be but this is the shot I was hoping to get and so I couldn’t bring myself not to enter it.

Very little done really but I could be flirting with the rules more so than ever before. I have cloned out a single little cloud as it was a bit blown on the edges and was a little distracting but I feel it would not change the viewer’s perspective of the image. With only a few hours before rollover it is too late to send a ticket to SC but I figure they may read this during voting and can ask for my original or other’s may read this after voting and send in a validation request. There was also the scenario of it finishing in the top 5 and a validation is mandated but lets be serious, that is not going to happen.
