okay looked at all the other entrys and have come up with the conclusion that mine
IS SO FRIGGIN BORING
Even I would give it a 4 right now lol
1 for being in focus
1 for good lighting
1 for being a leading line
1 for sympathy

New to DPC as of yesterday and this is my first challenge. Why do I feel so nervious about this? Am I alone in this? Yes, this is fun ... but a little stressful too (and this thread isn't helping!). Maybe I have a latent fear of rejection? :)

At this time, my score is the lowest ever for one of my images. 3.8+ What was I thinkin' ? So don't feel bad if your first entry does not do too well.

Thanks, MM. So far I'm surviving this, but I sort of feel like a daytrader, rolling with the hourly ups and downs. What's the "Update" button? Also, why are there voting members with "no cameras"? This seems strange.
3.8? Ouch! Tough crowd. Hope things come around for ya.

the Update Button is the most addictive thing ever invented. If you pay your $25 for a membership, you get an Update button so you can update your score as often as you'd like (I usually hit it every minute or so!). Otherwise, you have to wait until 10 minutes after the hour to get an updated score. |

| I'd say you're doing much better than just surviving, pmk. Very nice score you have going! And since it's your first, you can watch your moving average "real time" without the benefit of the update button. |

Really? How can you tell? I was hoping to bask in anonimity until it was over. I can't find any real time info.... I'm clueless to the ins and outs of DPC.

very nice score indeed! Like Deb said, your profile page gives your real-time score stats. simply refresh that page and you get real-time updates! |
