| Heheh....it does the same for me. An avatar is the little profile picture you see on your profile page. I don't have one, so I guess the point is that we should get one! :D |

Dude, i'm confused
The 2 meanings i have are
1- Hinduism..a Gods coming in bodily form to earth.
2- any embodment

This (mostly) nekkid one I did of me came out OK I guess.

Well, at that size, I didn't have to worry about that much detail anyway...

Exactly! An avatar is something present in the current environment that represents someone not from that environment. In this case, the profile picture is an avatar in this online virtual environment of someone from the 'real world'.

I have a folder full of little profile piclets - I like to rotate them a couple times a week. I'd post them but seeing them all at once would freak you me out. Do I dare? |
