Nope, not another thread about religion. :-)  GeneralE's post over here about the first image he posted, with Image ID No. 921, got me looking for the lowest numbered thumb on the site.
And the winner is ... No. 101
I didn't try every number below 101, or spend a ton of time trying, so let us know if you find something older.
And while you're at it, what's the number of YOUR first image?

65668 - a little of 6 years ago. It was a lousy image but my first DSLR and intro to photography. Despite this it received 20 comments. |

I think this is the very first shot I uploaded here way back in May of 05' Shortly after I got my first DSLR.

Just looking through some of the old shots taken with the sub 2MP cameras... and it is quite interesting.
This taken on a rather old (now) 1.92MP camera, not even a SLR.
Looking at the old challenges, certainly shows how much has changed. |

a couple of people didn't understand the "peace at last" title (found out after the fact.) It was the cat who was saying "peace at last"

Most of my recent photos are taken with the Canon S3, but I almost always carry the Olympus with me.
