Funny, my zen shot has a lower score (now about 5.7) but it got a fav right away (the score was only about 5.4 at the time). I'm pretty happy though because my first DPL entry (balloons) was my 5th worse scoring shot ever and it was quite embarrasing. :o)

I was hoping that I would have my third PB in a row.....I guess that is not going to happen....I have gotten 4 good comments though..Keep the coments and votes coming.

It doesn't matter Jeb if they say something positive or negative. What matters is that they say something. And as you can see on your score and amount of faves; it is indeed all good! :) |

I didn't mean to say the comments were negative, just that they made specific suggestions, which surprised me BECAUSE I'm doing so well. I learned a long time ago not to submit unless I'm happy with my image. That way I can view all comments constructively.
I'm happy as a clam!
BTW, who the heck eve decided that clams exist in some constant state of happiness?What's up with that?????

Do you mean happy as an Oyster? I seem to remember they contain Aphrodisiac. If that was me, I'd be in a constant state of happiness too! :D |

Haha you made me curious and I looked it up. It appears to be a shortened version of "Happy as a clam at high tide"... because they are safe from terrestrial predators when covered with water. |

It wasn't long ago that I realized you can see the username selecting your photo as a favorite even when the challenge is still in the voting stage. |

I did look when I noticed the fav, but it was a name I didn't recognize and then unfortunately forgot. It made me a little curious because the last time it happened, the user account had been removed. So it always makes me a little curious.
Some wonderful shots in this challenge. Made it 1/2 way through voting yesterday. Will definitely finish this weekend. Good luck everyone!
